Surface Preparation for Use Checklist

- Surface is clean, sound, and free of loose particles
- Weak concrete, blowholes, and voids fully removed
- New concrete cured ≥ 28 days and pull-off strength ≥ 1.7 N/mm²
- Existing concrete cleaned of all coatings, paint, and previous layers
- Joints, hairline cracks, and crazing properly filled
- High spots and uneven areas ground smooth
- Tile joints filled and sealed
- Bituminous felt mechanically fixed and stable
- Metal substrates sound, clean, and corrosion-free
- Timber decks dry, stable, and in good condition
