SN-RENOVATE Multiplex is a premium, ready-to-use liquid accelerating concrete admixture engineered to significantly reduce setting times—particularly under cold-weather conditions—enabling early strength development and enhanced ultimate performance. It minimizes bleeding and segregation and is chloride-free, helping to avoid contributing to reinforcing steel corrosion.
Incorporating a specially developed zero-VOC silica compound, it also delivers a high-performance, single-component rigid waterproofing solution with excellent adhesion to cementitious substrates (concrete, screeds), producing a dense, smooth, durable surface finish.

Dosage Guide⌄
- Optimum dosage should be determined with concrete mix design and water/cement ratio.
- As a guide, a dosage range of 200 ml per 50 kg bag of cement is recommended.

Direction for Use Applications⌄
SN-RENOVATE Multiplex is suitable for a wide range of cementitious applications including foundations, grade beams, slabs, columns, underground water tanks, precast elements and piles, brickwork and floor tile mortars, plastering, concrete pavements, swimming pools, staircases, industrial floors, balconies, culverts, and bathrooms.
- Recommended dosage: 200 ml per 50 kg bag of cement (adjustable based on site requirements).
- Mix mechanically for a minimum of 3 minutes to ensure uniform dispersion and optimum performance.

- Avoid contact with eyes, skin, mouth, and foodstuffs until fully cured/dried.

Storage Shelf life⌄
- Store at temperature not below +5°C.
- If frozen, thaw at +5°C or above and completely reconstitute using mild mechanical agitation.
